Soundbath and Yoga 10:30-12:30 20 September 2025This special session combines relaxing yoga and a soothing sound bath. Rather than part of the session being dedicated to the soundbath and the other part the yoga, we are combining the two. Nicki will guide you into the poses that are suited to that Chakra and Lyndsay (Soul Star Energies) will play the instruments which match the frequency of the Chakra, helping you to find some balance and alignment in these wheels of energy. Whilst in the restorative and relaxing yoga poses the harmonious frequencies from the instruments like the singing bowls and instruments will travel through the water-rich environment of the body, helping to soften the body and provide a massage like effect. The yoga poses will help to release tension and create space in the body. Together they will have a meditative effect on the mind. We’ll round off the session with a hot drink and cake, for their grounding effect. |
